Which size is right for me?
22 oz (650 mL) is the one to take along: it fits a car cup holder and the side pocket of a backpack, slips easily into a bag and works for kids too. That’s about three glasses of water. 32 oz (950 mL) covers a full day: home, office, workouts. Size: 22 oz — 10.6 in tall · ⌀ 2.8 in (27 × 7.2 cm); 32 oz — 10 in tall · ⌀ 3.4 in (25.5 × 8.7 cm).
Does it keep drinks cold and hot?
Yes. Double-wall vacuum insulation and a food-grade stainless steel body keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours.
Is it good for hydrogen water?
Yes — including with our hydrogen discs. The wide 2.2 in (55 mm) mouth lets the 1.8 in (45 mm) disc drop right in, and the bottle seals tight (360°), so hydrogen escapes more slowly than from an ordinary bottle. With a disc inside, use only cold or room-temperature drinking water (up to 122 °F / 50 °C); for tea or coffee, use the bottle without the disc.
Will it leak in my bag?
It has 360° leak protection. Before you put the bottle in a bag, make sure the cap is screwed on tight.
Is it safe?
The body is quality food-grade stainless steel, free of BPA and phthalates. It doesn’t absorb odors or change the taste of your water.
How do I care for it?
Easy. Rinse it before first use, then wash it with warm water or a mild detergent. Hand wash only — no abrasives; avoid drops and open flame.

A lid changes your bottle to fit the day ahead. The three spout lids differ only in the handle — pick the one that’s easiest for you to carry. The locking lid is for when the bottle rides in a backpack and simply can’t leak.

The classic cap comes in the box
It seals tight with 360° leak protection and keeps the temperature and the hydrogen in better than any of the others. You don’t need to buy anything else — the bottle is ready to use right away.
But to drink from it, you have to unscrew it. Want it another way? There are four replaceable lids: three with a spout and a straw, and one with a lock and a loop. They fit both the 22 oz (650 mL) and the 32 oz (950 mL), in any color.
